The Benchmark! In honor of our challenge coming up next month, I thought we might take a twirl with our girl "Helen"! We use our "Benchmarks" to gauge our progress and performance in CrossFit. They seem to bring out the intensity that we are looking for and are a lot of fun! Speaking of intensity here is a little video to introduce you to it.
