Use Value Stream Selection to identify and prioritize the organization’s key value streams based on strategic improvement goals:

Define the scope and objectives of the Value Stream Analysis (VSA).
Identify relevant value streams.
Use a Selection Matrix to evaluate and prioritize value streams with the highest improvement potential.

Analyze the current state using Value Stream Analysis to identify improvement opportunities and design the future state:

Map the current state to visualize workflows and pinpoint inefficiencies.
Train teams to recognize Muda (waste), Mura (variability), and Muri (overburden).
Design a future-state vision that outlines the desired improvements and benchmarks.
Build a business case for the proposed changes, including a cost-benefit analysis and expected outcomes.

Establish a Mission Control Room, a centralized hub for planning, monitoring, and managing Kaizen Events:
