Starting this Monday we will be running Skills sessions for all of our students 3x a week m-w-f @ 5pm. This is a GREAT way to work on your GOAT and an opportunity to give to the Fight Gone Bad event. The skills sessions will only cost a donation to the FGB5 fundraising bucket and you may get that elusive pull-up or Muscle-up you have been working for in the process!
