CHECK THEIR EMAILS, TEXTS, MYSPACE, FACEBOOK, TWITTER, AND WHAT EVER ELSE THEY HAVE GOING ON DAILY, WEEKLY, AND MONTHLY! THERE ARE EVIL COWARDLY PEOPLE WHO WILL TROLL THESE SITES LOOKING FOR CHILDREN TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF! YOUR BEST DEFENSE AS A PARENT IS TO STAY INVOLVED NO MATTER HOW BUSY YOUR DAY IS TAKE THE TIME TO BE INVESTED IN YOUR CHILD’S LIFE!!!!!

What does it take to set a new PR, get your first muscle-up, achieve a body weight snatch or a 5 minute mile? There are several things that go into place for reaching those goals but the one that will help you most is Staying involved (Consistency) will get you to achieve your goals. Here are just a few things you can do to help you achieve your fitness goals….
1) Show up! No matter what the WOD is be here and attack it!
2) Communicate with your coaches! We are here to help and if we do not have the answers we will find them.
3) Stay on top of your nutrition! This is the achilles heel of 90% of all people on the planet.
4) Do your homework! If you go to the Internet and do some homework or practice what you have learned you will be amazed at what you will achieve. Try one of our favorite resources the CrossFit Journal. (Best $25 bucks you will spend all year!)
5) HAVE FUN!!!!!
